Her friendly, encouraging style keeps you motivated and consistent — with deep experience in weight loss, athletic improvement, injury prevention & rehab, TRX, Pilates mat & reformer, pre/post-natal fitness, and strength & cardio conditioning.
A certified personal trainer trained at the National Personal Training Institute, Stephanie specializes in spinning, strength, TRX and interval training — bringing variety and a challenging-but-fun energy to every class. On the 360 team since 2012.
Candice holds a 480-hour Comprehensive Pilates certification on all apparatus — mat, reformer, chair and tower. She loves that Pilates adapts to everyone, at any age or level, and shares the intention behind every exercise. On the 360 team since 2013.
With 15+ years teaching yoga and group fitness, Jennifer is Yoga Alliance registered with over 2,000 teaching hours.
